Building Engineer

  • Responsible to lead in supervising the overall operations of PITX Podium & Towers.
  • Responsible in ensuring proper upkeep of engineering and building systems, and provide maintenance and engineering support.
  • Responsible in managing and overseeing the performance of service providers, arrears management processes, and manage budgets versus expenses.
  • Responsible in managing tenants’ requests for M&E services, and assist in overseeing all M&E upgrading projects.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Licensed Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer
  • At least 4 years of experience in facility management, property management, and project management in Office Building and Shopping Mall or Retail Environment.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skill.Strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and skills. Willing to work in Paranaque City.
