The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) opened a registration center yesterday for Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) or National ID at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
The registration center will be open from March 1 to 31, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the terminal’s Multipurpose Hall, 3rd floor. The center is also open on Saturdays to serve more passengers who needs to avail the National ID.
Jason Salvador, Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Head at PITX said, “with the push from PSA to close the online registration, we are grateful to be part of PhilSys’ roster as one of the registration centers to help our passengers avail this valid ID while they are at the landport”.
He continued, “some of our passengers are actually thankful to this initiative because this is accessible for people without internet, and time to do it in the malls.”
The registration center accepts walk-in applicants with one Valid ID or PSA Birth Certificate in order for them to register. For complete registration details, passengers may refer to https://www.philsys.gov.ph.
